As January comes to a close, so does National Mentoring Month. Thank you for following along on Instagram and Facebook as we celebrated our volunteer mentors this month! Our Oakland Promise scholars benefit immensely from the guidance and social capital our mentors provide them. To that end, we need more professionals who hold CTE certifications, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degrees, or higher, to support our incredible Scholars throughout their postsecondary journey.
