June, 2024– Oakland Promise is thrilled to announce that Stephanie Isaacson, PG&E’s Senior Director of Community Relations and Executive Director of The PG&E Corporation Foundation, has joined the Oakland Promise Board. Stephanie brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record in community relations and charitable investments, making her an invaluable addition to the Oakland Promise family.
During her nearly seven years in her role at PG&E, Stephanie has spearheaded the development and execution of the company’s charitable investment strategies, contributing more than $150 million to hundreds of non-profit organizations, agencies, tribal governments, and schools. Her commitment to community empowerment and education is in strong alignment with the mission and values of Oakland Promise.
Stephanie’s educational background includes a B.A. in Anthropology from UC Santa Barbara, studies in non-profit arts administration at San Francisco State University, and an advanced certificate in Conflict Resolution from UC Davis. She also serves on the board of the Angel Island Immigration Station Foundation and participates in several philanthropic industry executive committees.
