Announcing Our New CEO of Oakland Promise – Sandra Ernst!
We are thrilled to announce Sandra Ernst as our next Oakland Promise CEO! For the past five years, Sandra has been the Senior Director of OP’s College Access and Completion Teams, as well as served as Interim Executive Director of East Bay College Fund before the merger with Oakland Promise three years ago. She is a passionate leader and advocate who brings deep knowledge of our programming, strategic plan and the Oakland educational landscape. She is committed to leading an equity-focused organization, understanding that this is the bedrock upon which all our work rests.
