Reports to: Senior Manager, Brilliant Baby
Oakland Promise, an Oakland-based non-profit organization, is seeking a Program Associate to support its Brilliant Baby program. This entry-level team member is charged with supporting the client facing and operational aspects of the Brilliant Baby program. Under the direct supervision of the Brilliant Baby Sr. Manager, the Program Associate is responsible for supporting Brilliant Baby program implementation, with a focus on enrolling families into the program, customer service to participating families and administrative support.
